On December 1^st, a delegation of innovative German Optics and Photonics companies (J&M Analytik, Phaseform & Q.ANT) visited Indian River College and LASER TEC to create a platform to discuss the current and future developments of Optics and Photonics and to explore opportunities for collaboration.

Florida occupies a top position in the Optics and Photonics sector in the USA and is an important export market for German manufacturers.

The visit to Indian River State College was part of a week-long business delegation to Florida from Germany, funded by the Market Entry Program of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK). The initiative aims to promote support for German technologies in foreign markets by connecting them to local stakeholders and business partners.
